New York Pass - Travel Guide App Reviews

Whether interested or not interested in getting the New York Pass, the app developers do a good job at keeping the information coherent and current. Any person in New York City has use for this app, not just visitors. I am studying for a Ph.D. in computer science so I can live and maintain an upper middle class lifestyle in New York from Pennsylvania, and I will always have this app handy on my iPhone. Use the I Love NY app as well.

My sister plans every vacation months in advance a packs a lot in. I dont. Now I dont have to be jealous and feel like Im missing out on something... this app is simple, effective, and powerful! With a New York Pass, its even better. My wife and I packed a lot in without worrying about cost or schedules... we were about to dance with what came up, make choices on the fly, and get a lot in. I really love the abundance of information and flexibility. Excellent application.

the physical coupon booklet was easier to use than this app. unless you chose the suggested default options for each day, it was too difficult trying to build a customized Itinerary, as the app couldnt let you see proximity of attractions to one another -- with some exceptions. also, once the suggested time had passed, the attraction disappeared -- which would have been fine if we had stuck rigidly to the schedule -- we did not

Love this app. For someone who is going to NYC for the first time it really is helpful.

Pros: Nice icon layout on its own map. Can store itineraries to plan out your trip, but only relative to the pass. Can save favorites to quick view later. Cons: Cant add any other sites or non pass items to the map. It would be nice to have your saved places stand out on the map instead of everything shown as the same colored icons. No reminder or alerts to keep your trip on time

This will be our first trip to NY and this app makes it easy to plan our activities. It includes important numbers, places to visit and a place for our budget. Wonderful!

Very nice app for tourist.

Its an ok app needs a lot of improvement. when adding itineraries to a certain day you cant delete an activity that you already put on what if you need to make changes? also cannot add flights and hotel on trip details its totally non functional I guess its just a display clearly needs to be fixed

I was in the middle of making my itinerary and then all of a sudden the + sign disappeared and I cant seem to add anymore sites. Help, this was a very useful app until this happened. Please fix and fast!!!
