Thrown under the bus

This would have been a five star rating if not for the misleading bus add-on. The website boasts a bus every 15min or so, but its not until I picked up the NYP cards that I found out for the 15min convenience I had to get the VIP pass, at an additional $25/person. Otherwise I was probably looking at a bus every 40min or so. Then there was the sketchy receipt that showed a non refundable charge of $282 with a $75 credit; ostensibly the cost of the three tickets.
Turns out the "basic" bus, while perhaps not as nice as their Greyline counterparts, were never crowded like the Greylines. (Although most of our travel was midweek.)
So buyer beware.
